The Commit to Stay Fit Coaching Program focuses on the goal oriented and year ‘round cyclist/athlete. Coaching specialty is XC Mountain Biking and the events that encompass XC Mountain Biking. Coach Marty Albe competes in multiple XC events throughout the year and loves to ride, train, and race alongside his coached athletes. Kerstin Albe is our resident Yogini and facilitates our Yoga Sessions.

Includes:

  • Yoga (2 sessions per week)

  • 5 Point Bike Fit (Retul Bike Fit for additional $75.00)

  • Custom training plan with event/race planning

  • Weekly training plan adjustments as needed

  • Daily workout and file analysis with feedback via Training Peaks

  • Once a week Coach Communication via phone, text, email or in person

  • Same day Coach responsiveness via text

  • Group rides and events including Zwift indoor “Meet Ups”

  • Discount on parts and accessories at the Evergreen Bike Shop

The Evergreen Middle School MTB Project 2024

We’ll do all of our rides at 3 Sisters/Evergreen Mountain/Dedisse Park. We have 3 categories: Alpha (advanced riders), Beta (intermediate riders) and Charlie (beginning riders). We can move riders around as they advance. Alpha and Beta riders start from the Evergreen Bike Shop and Charlie riders start from the upper (west) trailhead.

If you want to talk to us about what group your rider would fit best with, don’t hesitate to call us. We have allowed pre-middle school riders to join us if they have the skills and legs to ride with the middle schoolers.

               First Session begins Tuesday, June 4th -Thursday, June 27th

Second Session begins Tuesday, July 2nd - Tuesday, August 6th

( No class on July 4th or July 27th)

                          $160.00 for each session

Volunteers are needed to help with the Groups

Sessions are every Tues and Thurs at 10am until 12pm(ish.. ).We run late many times ‘cause we’re having fun out there. After each session, we always have delish snacks.
